Who are the Seattle Seahawks' draft picks? | 2025 NFL Draft

Saturday is proving to be a shuffle for Seattle as trade deals fly in the final day of the 2025 NFL Draft.

SEATTLE — Turns out the trade markets are open on Saturdays, at least for the Seattle Seahawks making deals across the final day of the 2025 National Football League (NFL) Draft, held in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

All 32 teams in the league will select their latest additions from hundreds of prospects through Saturday, April 26.

On Thursday, the Seahawks selected North Dakota State offensive lineman Grey Zabel as the No. 18 pick overall in the first round. Friday brought three more additions to the team.

Saturday is proving to be a shuffle for Seattle as a trade deal with the Minnesota Vikings sent quarterback Sam Howell to the Midwest along with the No. 172 pick overall. In exchange, the Seahawks received the No. 142 pick overall. According to ESPN, Howell could become the backup to Minnesota's quarterback J.J. McCarthy.

The final day of the draft kicked off at 9 a.m. Saturday for rounds 4-7.

Saturday's picks

In three trade deals with the Browns, the Vikings and the Patriots on Saturday, the Seahawks are making their final selections from this year's draft pool.

At No. 142, the Seahawks selected Notre Dame defensive tackle Rylie Mills. The 6-foot-5, 295-pound player was a 2024 team captain and on the Lombardi Award watch list last season.

At No. 166, Seattle went for Colorado State wide receiver Tory Horton. According to Colorado State, 6-foot-2, 196-pound Horton is one of the best wide receivers in the university's and Mountain West history.

Alabama’s Robbie Ouzts, a fullback, was picked up at No. 175 overall. Ouzts, at 6-foot-4 and 270 pounds, started in six games with Alabama last season and totaled eight receptions for 108 yards, along with two touchdowns.

Next at No. 192 overall, Seattle picked Kansas guard Bryce Cabeldue in the sixth round. Cabeldue adds power at 6-foot-6 and 308 pounds. At Kansas, he earned an All-Big 12 Honorable Mention.

In the seventh and final round, Seattle picked up Miami running back Damien Martinez and Iowa guard Mason Richman. Martinez, standing at 6 feet and 232 pounds, spent two season at Oregon State before heading to Miami. In Florida, he was one of Miami offense’s top contributors and earned an All-ACC Honorable Mention.

Richman is 6-foot-6 and 312 pounds, and will add to the Seahawks' offensive line.

The team's final draft pick was UNLV wide receiver Ricky White III. The 6-foot-1, 190-pound athlete is ranked third in his university's history with 3,143 receiving yards and 23 touchdowns, according to UNLV.

Friday's picks

The Tennessee Titans traded with Seattle, giving Seattle the No. 35 overall pick. The Titans received the Round 2, No. 52 and Round 3, No. 82 overall picks.

Seattle selected South Carolina safety Nick Emmanwori during the second round. The 6-foot-3, 220-pound athlete was named a First-Team All-American in 2024 by the Associated Press and was voted Safety of the Year by College Football Nation in 2024. In his collegiate career, he logged 36 starts and 250 tackles.

At No. 50 overall, the Seahawks picked Miami tight end Elijah Arroyo. He was a 2024 Second Team All-ACC and was one of Miami's top offensive contributors last season. At 6-foot-5 and 250 pounds, Arroyo was drafted after coming back from multiple injuries that impacted his college career.

In the Seahawks' third-round pick, Seattle drafted Alabama quarterback Jalen Milroe at No. 92 overall. He's the first quarterback taken by the Seahawks in the draft since Russell Wilson in 2012.
