PULLMAN, Wash. — Candace Kpetikou and Jenna Villa both announced on social media Sunday that they are entering the transfer portal.
Kpetikou had a hot stretch of scoring back in January, but didn't have a significant impact down the stretch. She shot just over 41% from the field by the time the season ended.
Villa played in all 71 games in her career as a Coug and averaged nearly six points per game. However, her role diminished near the end of the season and into the postseason as the roles of Charlotte Abraham and Marta Alsina increase.
The moves leave Washington State with five spots to fill for next season, including senior Tara Wallack's.
